Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using CalculatingWealth.com (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Financial Disclaimer, the Limitation of Liability, the Indemnification and the Dispute Resolution policies, all of which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. The Platform

The Platform is a financial education service published by Relationale LLC. It provides calculators, projections, dashboards, lessons, articles and downloadable resources for general educational purposes. The Platform does not provide individualized financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. See the Educational Purpose Statement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information, the security of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Permitted use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. See the Educational Use Policy for classroom and institutional use.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy, including unlawful use, security attacks, unauthorized scraping, republication without permission or training of AI/LLM systems beyond what our robots.txt allows.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform, including all calculators, source code, articles, lessons, dashboards, designs, logos and trademarks, is owned by Relationale LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, all rights are reserved.

7. User submissions

If you submit feedback, suggestions, calculator ideas or other content to us, you grant Relationale LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and create derivative works of that content for any purpose, without compensation to you.

8. Third-party content and links

The Platform may link to or display third-party content, advertisements and services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

9. Educational use only — no advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes individualized financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting or insurance advice. You bear sole responsibility for your financial decisions. See the User Responsibility Statement.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, CalculatingWealth.com and their respective employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Protected Parties") disclaim all warranties and limit their liability as set forth in the Limitation of Liability.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Protected Parties as set forth in the Indemnification.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes are resolved as set forth in Dispute Resolution, including binding individual arbitration and a class-action waiver, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be highlighted on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Entire agreement; severability

These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between you and Relationale LLC regarding the Platform. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
